The Witch of the North and the stars

The witch of the North is the one who created the tornado that sent Dorothy on her journey to find herself. The good witch of the north and her stars depict what we are all born with but do not understand or cannot believe in as we get older. Which is that we are all born free of negativity. As young innocent children we believe we can do anything. They represent the child like innocents that we must reconnect with.
